First time buying pc online everything went smooth from payment to delivery in front house.
*lots of payment gateway... you can chose from.
*everything i ask they reply super fast.
*packing is 10/10 but of course risk still there coz of delivery
*they test the pc before send out and after sales service is good. They tell you to update the pc condition after you recieve it.
*overall very trustworthy, dont hesitate to contact them and ask.read more

Ideal Tech staff are good, friendly and responsible. This is the very first time i bought a PC online, because I from... East Malaysia. When I received my PC, there were some issues, and the staff, Mr Tony, is reliable and helpful. During the weekend he also brought back the company phone and helped me to solve my problems until all the problems been solved. They also provide 1 to 1 exchange if the PC has got any hardware issue and absorb all the fees. I will recommend to my friends who want to buy gaming PC just look for Ideal Teach. 👍read more

I just got my PC two weeks ago, however it has issue of PC freeze. Staff recommended to upgrade the power plug. After... changing new power plug, same issue occurs again, staff recomended to change the hardware by dropping the PC in the shop. Hopefully, it fixed the issue after changing.read more
