Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Delivered within a week of ordering, and the packaging and assembly were both great. Purchasing the AMD graphics card also came with a free Onimusha game redemption code. Highly satisfied!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First time purchasing a custom PC from Ideal Tech and overall I'm satisfied with the experience.

During the assembly process, there was a compatibility issue with my original GPU and the JONSBO D34 case, where the tempered glass panel could not close properly due to the GPU clearance. Ideal Tech informed me about the issue before proceeding, which I appreciated.

The communication throughout the build process was clear, and they kept me updated about the assembly status and the remaining payment once the PC was completed.

The final build looks clean and I'm happy with how everything turned out.

Overall, a good experience with Ideal Tech. 👍
