Your PC will come with Windows installed in trial / unactivated mode. You can still use the PC normally for everyday tasks, apps, games, and updates. However, Windows will show an activation watermark and some personalization settings may be limited until you activate it with your own genuine Windows license key. Windows license key is not included unless specifically mentioned.

Depending on the time of purchase, on the average it will take roughly 2 to 3 working days. Otherwise, during peak season it might take up to 5 working days.

Currently we offer three options: Aeon Easy Payment (submission of details required), Shopee SPayLater, and credit card. For credit card instalments, a walk-in to any of our branches is required; the interest rate typically ranges from ~4% to ~8% for 6–24 months.

We follow each manufacturer’s official warranty period. The durations listed below are general guidelines and may vary depending on the specific hardware model or brand revision.

• Most components: 3 years warranty
• Casing / Chassis: 1 year warranty
• Memory (RAM): Lifetime limited warranty
• Power Supply (PSU): At least 5 years warranty
• Casing Fans: At least 1 year warranty
